BASEMENT WATER DRAINAGE
This customer was receiving a significant amount of water intrusion in their crawlspace. Our team was able to dig along the foundation wall to allow the water to drain and slope towards a newly installed pump.
PUMP INSTALLATION
Once we installed the drainage system, we installed a brand new pump to get the water out of the basement once and for all. The pump will automatically kick on when it senses water and pump the water out of the crawlspace.
EXTERIOR DRAINING
When the pump senses the water, it will turn on and automatically pump the water outside of the crawlspace and through the black corrugated piping as you see in the picture above. The piping can be run as far as needed to ensure the water won't fall back into the crawlspace.
